The 19th annual Keene Community Expo Business. Lifestyle & Wellness. Job Fair. is 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, at the Leiske-Pultar Gymnasium on the campus of Southwestern Adventist University, at the corner of Old Betsy Road and Magnolia in Keene.

Admission is free. There were more than 50 exhibitors last year.

Presented by the Keene Business Development Corporation and the Keene Economic Development Corporation, known as the Type A and Type B boards, and Southwestern Adventist University, the event is a business expo, health fair and job fair that features Southwestern’s Department of Nursing providing health screenings and the Texas WorkForce Solutions to provide job search information.

There is live entertainment featuring the Keene High School Jazz Band and many other musical presenters.

There are bounce houses and Miss Aimee’s Balloons for the kids, as well. There is also a food court featuring Massey’s BBQ, Mr Jims Pizza, and My Roots Authentic Mexican Cuisine.

The Keene Community Expo is organized and administered by the Keene Chamber of Commerce, and sponsored by the Keene Business Development Corporation, Keene Economic Development Corporation, Southwestern Adventist University, and Pinnacle Bank in Keene.
