The Keene Chamber of Commerce 29th birthday luncheon July 28 featured the world premiere of the chamber’s new membership directory.
The first copy of the directory was presented to Realtor Mercy Berrios, who frequently phoned and sent texts to the chamber office asking about the status of the directory, which was delayed because of COVID and supply issues.
The 44-page, full-color directory contains a listing of all chamber members prior to June 1, 2022, and numerous articles about Keene’s schools, the Hopps Museum, how the chamber started, the chamber’s 29 charter members, how Keene got its name, the city’s government, and many more interesting stories.
A popular item in the directory is an up-to-date street map displaying all businesses, schools, residential areas and parks.
The directory is free and available at Keene businesses or at the chamber office, 110 S. Old Betsy Road.
This is the fifth time the chamber has issued a membership directory.
