A ribbon cutting ceremony was held recently for Secret Spot Bakery at 108 S. Old Betsy Road, located between the Keene Chamber of Commerce office and Old Betsy Dental.
Secret Spot, owned by the husband and wife team of Eddie Ortiz and Sonia Galloza, features Puerto Rican pastries and a variety of breads, all made fresh daily.
Many pastries are made with Guava, a tropical fruit, while breads include Vegan French Bread, Pan Sabao and many others.
Secret Spot Bakery is open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, and 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday thru Friday. It is closed Saturday.
The owners plan to add sandwiches and a quick breakfast to the menu in the near future.
